Alexandra Kazi joined IK Partners in 2017 and is Director of Tax, Legal and Corporate Operations, based in London. She is responsible for the Tax function at IK which maintains oversight of all tax compliance, reporting and structuring matters, across the IK Funds and transactions. Since joining, she has grown the Tax function in London and Luxembourg, working hard to ensure strong tax oversight and governance across the Firm as well as its investments, in light of the ever-changing and increasingly complex global tax environment.
Prior to joining IK, Alexandra was employed at PwC, gaining experience in the Asset Management Tax Team. She is a qualified ACA Accountant and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Chinese Studies from the University of Nottingham.
Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys travelling, having lived for many years in Asia.
