Perstorp Intressenter’s discussions with Perstorp not completed

During the last few days representatives of Perstorp Intressenter AB and Perstorp AB have been trying to find a constructive solution with regard to a possible new offer taking into account the revised outlook for Perstorp AB. We will await the Swedish Securities Council’s clarification before completing these discussions.
